The Mid-Autumn Festival, also called "Moon Festival", is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. This year, it will be celebrated on Friday, September 13, 2019.

This festival symbolizes the unity of the family and the gathering. This is why Chinese families gather together during the Mid-Autumn Festival, enjoy a meal, eat moon cakes while watching the moon.
